Ayumi Mizoshiri
Founder & CEO, Sazae Pty Ltd – IT Consulting & SIer Operations in Australia, Japan, and Vietnam
After graduating from university, I began my career at an IT company in Osaka, where I was involved in system development and server operations. Since 2009, I have been based in Sydney, working with startups across various industries, including coupon services, mobile payment applications, legal tech, and edtech. I have contributed to global IT projects as an engineer and a manager, collaborating with teams in Japan, Australia, and beyond.
Currently, I serve as the Founder and CEO of Sazae, a company specialising in IT consulting, system development, and implementation of overseas SaaS solutions(ServiceNow, Boomi, Mendix, Odoo & Hubspot …) across Australia, Japan, and Vietnam. I am also the Co-founder of Innovation Dojo, which focuses on nurturing entrepreneurial talent, startup incubation, innovation-driven business development, and fundraising support.
In addition, I founded JAIT (Japan Australia IT) to foster communication and connection among IT professionals. We organise events in multiple countries to promote knowledge-sharing and community building.
I am deeply passionate about integrating IT and business to enhance client operations. I am committed to contributing to Japan’s global development and empowering Japanese individuals to succeed internationally.

Management and Operation of JAIT (Japan Australia IT)
JAIT is a community designed to help people find jobs, friendships, and business opportunities. We host networking events in multiple locations.
Founded in Sydney in 2009, JAIT has held more than 110 events to date, with over 3,000 participants. We have since expanded to Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Japan.
Logan Chiang
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Sazae Pty Ltd, which operates IT consulting and system integration businesses in Australia, Japan, and Vietnam.
Beginning my career as an engineer, I have gained extensive experience across diverse fields including software development, system architecture, and project management. I started my career as an engineer at a Taiwanese technology company, where I was responsible for building DRAM test environments and managing internal IT infrastructure. Subsequently relocating to Australia, he worked on projects involving web application development and database design.
At Cirrus Media Australia, he served as a full-stack developer responsible for developing commercial websites primarily using Drupal and WordPress. He possesses development experience across diverse technical domains, including web application development utilising Node.js and MongoDB, and integration with marketing systems.
At Sazae, as CTO, I oversee technical domains including web development, system development, and SaaS implementation support. Leading multiple development teams, including offshore teams, I am responsible for designing technical processes and quality management from pre-sales through to delivery. Furthermore, utilising technology stacks such as Drupal, Ruby on Rails, and Kintone, I support client companies in advancing their digital transformation and system construction.
Currently, as CTO, he is driving the enhancement of Sazae’s technical strategy and development framework. He also leads a global development team, focusing on delivering technology solutions that support the business growth of client companies.
Ken Nakaseko
Chief Financial Officer and Director of Sazae Pty Ltd, which operates IT consulting and system integration businesses in Australia, Japan, and Vietnam
With over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, governance, and operational transformation within global corporations, he has been involved in corporate growth strategies and strengthening management foundations. At NCR Corporation, he oversaw financial management and closing processes as Accounting Manager for North Asia. Subsequently, at Dell, he was responsible for strengthening governance and internal controls at shared service centres in Japan and China.
Subsequently, spent over 17 years at Accenture, primarily in finance and operations consulting, leading large-scale business transformation projects including Business Process Re-engineering, Shared Service Centre establishment, BPO implementation, and operational reform. Supported companies in Australia, Japan, and the APAC region in advancing management systems and enhancing operational efficiency. In recent years, based in Manila, Philippines, he has also been involved in the operation of global organisations, including overseeing the operations of delivery centres across the APAC region.
Currently, as CFO of Sazae, he oversees the group’s overall financial strategy, treasury management, the establishment of management control systems, and governance enhancement. He supports the sustainable growth of businesses spanning Australia, Japan, and Vietnam, while driving the enhancement of corporate value in global markets and long-term business expansion.
