Job Description
Position: Engineer
Work Style: Part-time / Full-time
Required English Level: Intermediate (able to communicate effectively in everyday work situations)

Minimum Requirements
Must have a valid visa with at least 6 mounths of work right remaining.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in the IT industry.
Experience in IT support operations or infrastructure-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
【AWS Build / Implementation】
Requirement gathering, effort estimation and running cost estimation for new projects
Designing and implementing AWS architectures aligned with business and technical requirements
Supporting cloud migration
Collaborating with development teams to create scalable, secure, and maintainable environments
【Operations / Maintenance】
Performing day-to-day AWS operations and maintenance, including patching and system updates
Monitoring systems, logs, and alerts to ensure availability and performance
Handling client inquiries, incidents, and troubleshooting issues
Executing server rollbacks, migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning
Managing backups and disaster recovery operations
Preparing and presenting operational reports to clients, including explanations and recommendations for improvements during regular meetings
【IT Support】
IT equipment procurement and asset management
Coordinating vendor support for in-warranty equipment
Creating proposals and quotations for IT-related services and equipment
Providing remote and on-site technical support to end users
Preparing and sharing monthly support reports
Required Skills
Knowledge and skills related to AWS server administration
Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Knowledge of security and backup systems
Knowledge of switches and networking technologies
Experience in hardware provisioning and workstation setup and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication skills
Customer service and client-facing skills
AWS Certified Solutions Architect(Preferred)
