Sazae Japan Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Ayumu Mizoshiri, hereinafter “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with NinjaOne (headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA), unifying IT to simplify work. Through this partnership, the Company will serve as a certified partner of NinjaOne, offering the multi-tenant native unified IT operations platform to help domestic companies and IT service providers in Japan automate and simplify IT across their organizations.
Background of the Partnership
In recent years, IT environments have become increasingly complex due to the spread of remote work and the expansion of cloud services, making efficient and secure IT operations—including unified endpoint management, security measures, and patch management—more important than ever. NinjaOne simplifies work by unifying endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access in a single platform, and has been adopted by managed service providers (MSPs) and corporate IT departments around the world to reduce costs, strengthen resilience, and improve efficiency. Sazae Japan determined that by combining its accumulated expertise in IT operations support with NinjaOne’s advanced platform, it could offer higher-quality IT operations solutions to customers in Japan, leading to the signing of this partnership agreement.
