Seminar in Melbourne: Mastering Digital Marketing and Managing Legal Risks

Seminar in Melbourne: Mastering Digital Marketing and Managing Legal Risks

On March 5, 2025, we will host an in-person seminar in Melbourne, co-organized by Ashurst Australia, a global law firm, and the Melbourne Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which promotes economic exchange between Japan and Australia.

In today’s business environment, digital marketing is essential for company growth and competitiveness. As both B2B and B2C customer behaviors shift online, businesses need to understand the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to effectively reach customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales.
However, legal compliance is crucial when engaging in digital marketing. Companies must be aware of privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and advertising regulations to avoid risks such as reputational damage, regulatory penalties, and legal disputes.

In this seminar:

  • Sazae will explain key digital marketing practices, including customer database management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Ashurst Australia will provide insights into legal risk management, focusing on compliance with Australian laws.

This seminar is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of digital marketing and learn key legal considerations to support business growth and success.
