Tadao Takahashi
CEO, Power Solutions Inc.
Tadao Takahashi leads Power Solutions, a company focused on DX initiatives and global SaaS adoption,
primarily in the finance and asset management sectors.
Originally aspiring to become a copywriter, he entered the IT industry through an unexpected opportunity
during his job search. Discovering the joy of building products as an engineer,
he now emphasizes the importance of strong “passing” within organizations as a business leader.
Influenced by his three daughters, he has recently taken up the cello and developed an interest in tea ceremony.
Ayumi Mizoshiri
Representative Director, Sazae Pty Ltd
Based in Sydney for over 16 years, Ayumi Mizoshiri is the founder of Sazae,
providing IT consulting and SaaS implementation support.
While majoring in film studies at university, she encountered IT and developed her skills independently.
She experienced entrepreneurship while still a student and has since worked with multiple startups in Australia,
including finance-related mobile app development and incubator programs.
Today, she is actively building bridges between Japan and Australia through technology and business.
